Try uploading an anonymous job ad (not your resume, and no contact information whatsoever please) at Craigslist (www.craigslist.org). The site templates will provide where you will be contacted when there is someone interested to hire you.

Just be aware and beware of illegitimate service buyers. But, I have met good ones here who have provided me with good projects and I am still doing work for some of them.
