Ratings can change for a number of reasons. In general, ratings are calculated through a complex formula that takes into account threads taken, submitted, abandoned, approved, rejected, total volume and manager satisfaction. Each time a thread that you have worked on changes status, your rating will change slightly.

In addition, on occasion major changes to your rating can suddenly occur when JobSpooler changes or recalculates the rating systems. This is not common, but will continue to happen during the beta stage.
